Practice Expansion Collective

Are you a licensed therapist who owns a private practice and feels ready to grow but isn’t sure how to hire associates or structure a group practice the right way?

Practice Expansion Collective was created for therapists who are ready to expand beyond solo practice and step into a leadership role.

This structured mentorship walks you step-by-step through the real process of building a cash-pay group practice, including the systems, paperwork, and operational foundations needed to hire and support associate clinicians.

You will work directly with me through four live mentorship sessions delivered over 90 days. Each session focuses on helping you make clear, informed decisions and implement the essential structures required to grow your practice.

This mentorship includes guidance on hiring readiness, onboarding systems, compensation structure, and the internal forms and documents needed to begin. You will receive access to templates and practical tools to support your implementation.

By the end of the program, you will have a clearer roadmap, essential paperwork, and the confidence to begin expanding your practice in a way that aligns with your professional and business goals.

Meet Your Mentor

Hi, my name is Tannia Montero - Licensed Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, and Private Practice Owner

I started my private practice on my own and, without a mentor or formal roadmap, expanded by hiring associate clinicians and building the systems, paperwork, and structure needed to support a team.

Through that process, I saw how little guidance exists for therapists who are ready to grow beyond solo practice. Most of us are trained to be clinicians not business owners or leaders.

Practice Expansion Collective was created to change that. Inside this mentorship, I share the real steps, documents, and lessons I learned so you can expand your practice with clarity, structure, and confidence, without having to figure it out alone.

I’m honored to support therapists who are ready to step into the next phase of their practice.
