Hi, I’m Lorraine - an Associate Clinical Social Worker who specializes in helping anxious children and teens feel more calm, confident, and emotionally safe. I work with kids who are struggling with school anxiety, panic, perfectionism, and big emotions that often feel overwhelming - and I provide parents with the tools and support they need to feel more empowered in the process.

I believe therapy works best when the whole family feels seen and supported. That’s why I combine child and teen-focused therapy with education and guidance for parents, so everyone feels more connected, informed, and confident navigating anxiety together.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in cultural humility. I tailor each session to meet your child’s unique needs, whether that means play-based work with younger kids or emotion education and coping skills for teens. And for parents? We’ll work together to explore what your child needs, how to set boundaries that actually stick, and how to support them through anxious moments without burning yourself out.
