Hi, I’m Lorraine
I am a therapist that specializes in helping anxious children and teens feel more calm, confident, and emotionally safe. I work with kids who are struggling with school anxiety, panic, perfectionism, and big emotions that often feel overwhelming, and I provide parents with the tools and support they need to feel more empowered in the process.
But I don’t just support kids, I also work with adults and parents navigating anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, and the stress of caring for others while trying to stay grounded themselves. Whether you’re seeking therapy for your child, yourself, or both, I’m here to support your family system with compassion and clarity.

I believe therapy works best when the whole family feels seen and supported. That’s why I combine child and teen-focused therapy with education and guidance for parents, so everyone feels more connected, informed, and confident navigating anxiety together.

I tailor each session to meet your needs, whether that’s play-based work with younger kids, coping tools and emotion education for teens, or space for adults to strengthen boundaries, improve communication skills, and work through their own stress responses.
