Helping you break patterns that no longer serve you

Hi, I'm Mariana
I’m a bilingual Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

Many of the struggles people face such as anxiety, difficulty setting boundaries, or repeated relationship conflicts are connected to patterns learned within our family systems. In therapy, I help clients slow down, explore these patterns with compassion, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
Understand the patterns that shaped you and create new ones that support the life you want.
Areas of Focus
I support individuals and couples experiencing:
-
Anxiety and chronic stress
-
Relationship and couples concerns
-
Family dynamics and pattern
-
Depression
-
Trauma and unresolved past experiences
-
Boundaries and self-growth
My Therapeutic Approach
My approach focuses on increasing self-awareness, supporting emotional growth, and helping clients develop practical tools that support lasting change. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, and I support couples who want to improve communication, strengthen their connection, and better understand one another.

I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed strategies, and trauma-informed care to help clients build insight and develop healthier coping skills.

What It’s Like to Work With Me
Clients often describe our work together as collaborative, supportive, and thoughtful. I aim to create a space where you can slow down, reflect openly, and better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns without judgment. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe while also focusing on meaningful progress and growth.

I provide therapy in English and Spanish and am committed to creating a space where clients feel understood and supported.
