A therapist who helps individuals and couples heal from the patterns that keep them stuck, so they can feel more connected, empowered, and whole.

In our work together, we explore how to de-escalate conflict, rebuild emotional connection, and create a partnership where both people feel truly seen and supported. Whether you’re navigating constant arguments, emotional distance, the pain of betrayal, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship before marriage, we’ll work together to move through challenges and build a foundation that feels secure, connected, and lasting.

I also work with individuals who feel stuck in anxiety, low self-worth, or old relationship wounds, especially those navigating people-pleasing, over-functioning, or difficulty setting boundaries. Many of my clients are working to break generational cycles, untangle past trauma, and finally prioritize themselves without guilt.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply compassionate. I believe healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and accepted just as you are. Whether you're coming to therapy to strengthen your relationship or reconnect with yourself, we’ll uncover the strengths you may have forgotten and create space for new ways of showing up in your life and in your relationships.

  • Exposure-based strategies to gently face anxiety and reduce the urge to avoid conflict

  • Relationship tools to help couples feel heard, supported, and more emotionally connected

  • Using the Gottman Method, I help couples repair conflict, rebuild trust, and reconnect through proven, practical tools.
