Helping you feel more like yourself again

Hi, I'm Gaby
I’m a bilingual Associate Clinical Social Worker who works with teens and young adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm.
Together, we’ll focus on helping you understand what’s going on beneath the surface, not just managing symptoms, but learning how to respond differently to your thoughts and emotions.

I use a trauma-informed, strength-based, and culturally responsive approach. This means we’ll work on practical tools to help you regulate your emotions, reduce overthinking, and feel more in control while also honoring your experiences, your identity, and what matters to you
When everything feels like too much, you don’t have to handle it alone..
Areas of Focus
I support Teen & Young Adults experiencing:

-
Anxiety and chronic stress
-
Academic stress
-
Emotional dysregulation
-
Depression
-
Trauma and unresolved past experiences
-
Interpersonal conflict and lack of boundaries
My Therapeutic Approach
My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I focus on helping you feel safe, understood, and comfortable being yourself in therapy.

I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we’ll work on identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck and build practical tools to help you manage anxiety, regulate your emotions, and feel more in control.

I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed strategies, and trauma-informed care to help clients build insight and develop healthier coping skills.
