Helping you feel seen and understood

Hi, I'm Hazzy!
I’m an Associate Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm. I speak Punjabi, Hindi, and conversational Spanish, and I value creating a culturally supportive and welcoming space for clients from diverse backgrounds.

I know how overwhelming life can feel when anxiety, relationship stress, family conflict, or emotional pain begin affecting the way you see yourself and connect with others. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, understood, and able to show up exactly as you are.

I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and unhealthy family dynamics. I especially connect with adolescents and young adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, struggle in relationships, or come from environments where communication, support, or emotional safety may have been inconsistent.
Growth begins when you feel safe enough to be yourself - because you are more capable than anxiety makes you feel.
A large part of my work focuses on parent-child conflict, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, and helping clients better understand the patterns that may be impacting their emotional health and relationships. I also support mothers experiencing emotional overwhelm and postpartum-related challenges.

In my work with youth and families, I incorporate the PRAXES parenting model to help strengthen parent-child relationships through improved communication, emotional regulation, healthier coping skills, and greater understanding of a child’s emotional and behavioral needs.

I understand that relationships can deeply impact how we feel about ourselves, especially during adolescence and young adulthood. Whether you are struggling with heartbreak, family tension, anxiety, emotional regulation, or feeling misunderstood, therapy can be a space to process those experiences while learning healthier ways to cope, communicate, and heal.
