Practice Expansion Collective Mentorship – Anxiety Relief Services S-Corp

NOTICE:
These Terms and Conditions of Use govern your participation in business mentorship, educational trainings, and mentorship services provided through Practice Expansion Collective, a program operated by Anxiety Relief Therapy Services S-Corp. (“Company”).

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any mentorship sessions, group calls, trainings, or accessing any materials associated with this Program.
By enrolling in or accessing the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Program Mentor:
Tannia Montero, LMFT, Founder of Practice Expansion Collective

Practice Expansion Collective is a business mentorship and educational program. It does not constitute legal representation, tax advisement, financial consulting, employment advisement, or clinical supervision unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

The information shared within this Program is based solely on the personal experience, business journey, and individual perspectives of the Program Mentor in building and operating a group private practice. The Mentor is not representing herself as a legal, financial, tax, or corporate expert. Participation in this Program does not create an expert-client advisory relationship beyond mentorship and educational guidance.

MENTOR-PARTICIPANT RELATIONSHIP
Mentorship is a collaborative, educational partnership intended to support your professional growth and provide general guidance based on the Mentor’s personal experience in opening and operating a group private practice. You acknowledge that the Mentor is sharing personal insights, perspectives, and lessons learned, and is not acting as a legal, financial, tax, employment, or business advisor.
You understand and agree that all decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from your participation in this mentorship are solely your responsibility. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals, including attorneys, accountants, and other licensed advisors, before implementing business, legal, employment, or financial decisions.

This mentorship is educational in nature and does not constitute therapy, clinical supervision, legal advice, financial advice, or professional advisory services. The Mentor and Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from your participation or implementation of information shared.
You may discontinue participation in the Program at any time. If the Program includes scheduled mentorship sessions, you agree to provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. The Company will make reasonable efforts to conclude any scheduled mentorship engagements in an orderly manner.

MENTORSHIP DETAILS
Practice Expansion Collective is a time-limited business mentorship program designed for licensed therapists seeking guidance in expanding or launching a cash-pay group practice.

The Program includes:

Four (4) live mentorship sessions conducted by Tannia Montero, LMFT
Direct mentorship based on the Mentor’s personal experience opening and operating a group private practice
Educational discussions related to business structure, hiring considerations, and operational setup
General informational resources and templates, when applicable

The live mentorship sessions are delivered within a defined program timeframe and are not ongoing or indefinite. Access to live mentorship is limited to the scheduled sessions included in the Program unless otherwise specified in writing.

SERVICES
The Mentor will provide scheduled business mentorship sessions conducted via Doxy.me and led by Tannia Montero, LMFT. Mentorship sessions are educational in nature and based on the Mentor’s personal experience opening and operating a group private practice.
Additional mentorship support, including document review, feedback, or written guidance, may be available upon request at a prorated rate of $300 per hour. Any additional services will be discussed in advance, and time estimates will be provided prior to the commencement of such work.

SCHEDULE AND FEES
Effective Date: This Agreement becomes effective upon the Participant’s signature or first payment, whichever occurs first.

Program Fee: The total Program fee is $1,250, which includes six (4) live mentorship sessions with Tannia Montero, LMFT.
Program Duration: All six mentorship sessions must be completed within ninety (90) days of the Effective Date unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

SCHEDULE AND FEES
Fee: $1,250
Payment Obligation: By enrolling in the Program, the Participant agrees to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation level or completion of mentorship sessions.
Scheduling: Mentorship sessions may be scheduled after the first payment is received.

REFUND POLICY
Due to the limited and reserved nature of mentorship availability, all payments are non-refundable, including payment plan installments. Failure to attend scheduled sessions does not relieve the Participant of payment obligations.

ACCESS
Participants will have access to Program materials and mentorship resources for the duration of the ninety (90) day Program period, beginning on the Effective Date.
Access to any materials, recordings, templates, or resources provided as part of the Program is limited to the enrolled Participant and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced.

All access to Program materials and resources will be revoked upon completion of the Program period or upon termination of participation, whichever occurs first, unless otherwise specified in writing.
The Company does not guarantee ongoing or lifetime access to Program materials beyond the defined Program period.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Options:
Participants may choose one of the following payment options:

Pay in Full: One payment of $1,250 due at enrollment, or

Payment Plan: Two (2) payments of $650 each, with the first payment due at enrollment and the second

payment due thirty (30) days later.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, but cancellation before completing the sessions will result in immediate charge for the remaining balance.

Payment Obligation: By enrolling in the Program, the Participant agrees to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation level or completion of mentorship sessions.

Scheduling: Mentorship sessions may be scheduled after the first payment is received.

NO TRANSFER
Participation in the Program is limited to the individual who enrolled. You may not transfer your enrollment, assign your participation, or designate another individual to attend mentorship sessions or access Program materials on your behalf.

Any sharing of access links, materials, recordings, or resources with non-participants is strictly prohibited. If the Company determines that Program access has been shared or transferred without authorization, access may be terminated immediately without refund.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The Mentor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of information shared by Participants during mentorship sessions and will not disclose confidential information without the Participant’s written consent, except as required by law or when disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm.
Confidential information does not include information that is already publicly available, information the Mentor already possessed prior to disclosure, or information obtained independently from other lawful sources.

Participants also agree to respect the confidentiality of other Program participants and not disclose any personal, professional, or business information shared during mentorship sessions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
To honor and protect the intellectual property of Practice Expansion Collective and Anxiety Relief Therapy Services S-Corp, you agree not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or provide any Program materials to any third party without prior written consent.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Written materials
Templates and documents
Videos and recordings
Slide presentations
Session content
Frameworks, techniques, and methods
Any materials provided during mentorship sessions

Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use Program materials solely for their own personal business use. Materials may not be copied, taught, resold, or used to create competing mentorship, training, or educational programs.

DISCLAIMER(S)
General Disclaimer:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Practice Expansion Collective and Anxiety Relief Therapy Services S-corp, including its owner, affiliates, and representatives, disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage incurred as a result of participation in the Program or use of any materials provided.

Personal Experience Disclaimer:
Program content is based solely on the Mentor’s personal experience opening and operating a group private practice and is shared for educational purposes. The Mentor is not representing herself as a legal, tax, financial, or corporate expert. Participants are responsible for verifying all information and consulting appropriate licensed professionals before making business or legal decisions.

Assumption of Risk:
You assume full responsibility for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from your participation in the Program. You agree that you are solely responsible for evaluating and applying any information to your individual business, professional, and legal circumstances.

Educational Purposes Only:
The Program does not provide legal, tax, financial, employment, or clinical supervision services. Participation in the Program does not establish an attorney-client, accountant-client, supervisor-supervisee, or advisory relationship.

No Guaranteed Outcomes:
There is no guarantee of income, business growth, hiring success, or any specific outcome as a result of participating in the Program.

Participant Contributions:
Any opinions or statements expressed by other participants during mentorship sessions do not reflect the opinions of the Company. The Company reserves the right to remove participants from the Program for violations of these Terms or disruptive conduct, without refund.

Content Notice:
Program discussions may include business, financial, or professional topics that may be challenging or unfamiliar. Participants are responsible for their own professional decisions and participation.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
You fully and forever release and discharge Practice Expansion Collective and Anxiety Relief Therapy Services S-corp, and all affiliates, agents, and course participants from any liability related to your participation.

AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE; INDEMNITY
You agree not to sue Practice Expansion Collective and Anxiety Relief Therapy Services S-corp, and to indemnify against all costs or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms.

FORCE MAJEURE
The Practice Expansion Collective and Anxiety Relief Therapy Services S-corp, is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION / BINDING ARBITRATION
Any disputes not resolved in good faith within 60 days shall be settled by binding arbitration in California via telephone. Costs will be shared equally, but the prevailing party may recover legal fees.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Your participation in the Program and use of any materials or information provided is at your own risk. Practice Expansion Collective and Anxiety Relief Therapy Services S-corp., including its owner, affiliates, and representatives, shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damages, business interruption, loss of income, or other claims arising from your participation in the Program or your access to, use of, or inability to access Program content or mentorship sessions.

You acknowledge that all business, employment, legal, and financial decisions made as a result of the Program are solely your responsibility.

AMENDMENTS
We may amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised “Date Updated.” Continued access will constitute acceptance.

CHOICE OF LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior agreements related to the Practice Expansion Collective.
